Located in John F. Kennedy International Airport, Modern Efficient Transport & Supply (M.E.T.S.), an airport construction support facility, is committed to sustainable concrete production, debris recycling, and material transportation.  

Quadrant Engineering was subcontracted to perform concrete and rebar inspections for the foundation of its main concrete plant. Such services were provided throughout the entire foundation construction phase and ensured compliance with all standards and procedures. 

Additionally, Quadrant also assists with document control and quality assurance for their facility, M.E.T.S. Key responsibilities include: Logging and tracking product quantities, compiling monthly reports for all tickets and manifests, and preparing monthly quantification of environmental impact reports.
